Expect to see a lot of Ronda Rousey "memes" and jokes on the internet as she was shocked by Holly Holm and lost her UFC title last night, and you'll see more than you normally would because of the statements she was making in the run-up to the fight.
It turns out that Rousey, almost spookily, predicted the exact manner in which she would lose the fight when she was asked how Holm would be preparing during an interview with Jimmy Fallon last month.
When discussing Holm's patience, Ronda said the following:
She's the type of fighter you have to be very patient with. I feel like she's gonna keep distance, and stay far away from me to get me frustrated to a point where I'll make a mistake and she can try and kick me in the head..
But it's not gonna go like that.
Holm kept her distance, she frustrated Rousey, and then..
