We Fully Agree With Dustin Poirier About The Best Moment Of UFC Dublin

We've already talked about the frankly insane atmosphere created by Aisling Daly's entrance at UFC Dublin last weekend but here's another opportunity to watch it if you haven't already.

Fairly stirring stuff. Together with Daly's comprehensive win, it was without a doubt one of the highlights of the night and one man who was supposed to be in the Octagon that night is in full agreement. Dustin Poirier has been speaking to Ariel Helwani on the MMA Hour and he certainly hasn't held back with his thought on the crowd at the 3 Arena that night.

That was one of the craziest crowds that I’ve ever been in front of. I’ve read stuff about them saying about what happened last time they were in Dublin and how crazy the crowd was.

And while the atmosphere was predictably electric throughout, there was one particular standout moment for Poirier.

But when Ais Daly came out to fight and The Cranberries were playing I had chills on my arms the way the crowd were standing up and singing every word. Man, that was something special. I’ve never been in a building that felt like that.

Poirier didn't get to fight last weekend owing to Joseph Duffy's concussion but he will get a chance to fight the Donegal man at UFC 195 after the bout was rescheduled for January 2nd.
