John Inverdale Apologised For Putting A Profane Twist On An Old Idiom

BBC presenter John Inverdale had to apologise for a slip of the tongue during BBC Radio 5 Live's Cheltenham coverage.

Inverdale was speaking to jockey Lizzie Kelly and John Francome when he said that he was looking through "rose cunted glasses" with his next statement about working in the horse racing industry.

The 57-year-old then corrected himself and apologised for the slip.
