The 'Attitude Era' of the WWF, now the WWE, is something that touched the hearts of a lot of us here at Balls.ie, and we regularly wax lyrical about the superstars of the time and the incredible PPV events that we would desperately beg our parents to let up late for.

Whether you are still a fan of the WWE, or lost interest along the way, if you enjoyed professional wrestling in your youth, you are sure to fondly remember these absolutely iconic main events from the time period.

Having done some digging on YouTube, here are 5 of the very best WWF main events that had us absolutely hooked.

Summerslam 1997 - Triple H vs Mankind - Cage Match
