He was a late replacement for Sami Khedira but Christoph Kramer's unexpected participation in the World Cup final hasn't gone fully to plan so far. Quite simply he's lucky to have been able to get up after this hit from Ezequiel Garay. He battled on for a while but had to be taken off a few minutes later looking very rattled.
