Cotton Mill Throws Jockey Denis O'Regan Into A Fence (AKA One Of The Maddest Jockey Falls I've Ever Seen)

This was crazy. Cotton Mill and Simon Sig were essentially neck and neck going into the second last in the Npetune at Cheltenham today when Cotton Mill essentially checked out of the race and flung jockey Denis O'Regan into both the fence and the adjacent metal grid.
