On Sunday afternoons in America from September to January, families gather around the television to watch football. Some families get more intense than others. Here's footage of a fairly unique Sunday somewhere in eastern Pennsylvania towards the finale of the most exciting game of the season.

Meet Uncle Billy. Diehard Eagles fan. With 14 seconds left in the game and a punt heading in the direction of DeSean Jackson, he made a vow to his family. If Jackson scored a touchdown, he'd take his shirt off and run around outside.
