Video: Perhaps Jose Aldo Didn't Really Hate His Time In Dublin After All

The narrative that we've had so far is that Jose Aldo hates all this media stuff and is actually happy to let McGregor do all the talking. And that may be true to an extent. There's no doubt that Aldo is more of a shrinking violet than the Dubliner (who isn't?) but that doesn't mean he's as sour as he's being made out to be.

First he was pictured having a bit of craic in a rickshaw in Dublin on Tuesday night.

He obviously enjoyed the city so much that he couldn't bear to leave. The featherweight champ took to Instagram last night to let fans know that he had 'unfortunately' missed his flight home. In reality we know that he obviously fell in love with the famous Irish welcome that he received on Tuesday.

Come to think of it, maybe not.

Ainda sou e serei sempre o Campeão!!???????? After a incredible long tour it was time to go home, but unfortunately i missed my flight and a day of training, and at this time everybody is already home in a meantime only my trainer @alexchadudofficial e my friend @rafacorassa without him i was still sitting on the floor at the airport, i got very sad with all of this, but i'm still and always be the champ!!! "I'm the greatest"
