He was extremely impressive on his UFC debut in March and now Joseph Duffy has another chance to do what he does best. The Donegal man now knows his next opponent after it was confirmed he will face Brazilian Ivan ‘Batman’ Jorge at UFC Fight Night Glasgow on the 18th of July.
This will be the first time UFC have headed to Scotland and Duffy is sure to get a great reception from Glaswegians and the expected travelling support.
Dana White was extremely complimentary about Duffy in the aftermath of his TKO defeat of Jake Lindsey in Dallas and a lot is expected from the Donegal man. His opponent, Jorge, is an experienced fighter who will certainly give Duffy a test. The 34 year old is 26-4 in his MMA career and 2-1 since joining the UFC.
