The hero of both cup ties against Merseyside oppositon, Matt Smith, is to be fined one weeks wages for throwing his shirt into the crowd after the Everton game. Maybe Oldham can use the £400 pounds for some more home jerseys to give themselves a bit of breathing room if another player goes rogue.
