Meet Jordan Lee, a 14 year old basketball player from Kerry who has been selected for the Irish U-15 development squad after catching the eye at a recent inter-regional tournament.
The interesting thing about Jordan is that he was born with only one hand.
You would think that having one hand in a sport like basketball would put you at a serious disadvantage, but Jordan doesn't let that bother him as he works on his game every single day to become the best player he can be. His work ethic is inspiring and his attitude is infectious, see for yourself:
His recent selection to the U15 development squad means that Jordan will play in combined trials for the Boys U15 International Programme. Success could mean representing Ireland at a European level in a sport he lives for.
