Robert Griffin III if your not in the know is a former Heisman Trophy Winner and current NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year and is considered one of the best young quarterbacks in the NFL, His debut season last year was cut short by serious knee injuries but during his time off he has been keeping busy uploading this awful but surprisingly catchy rap video to his Facebook today. The songs called “Pop Rocks and Tootsie Pops” and features RG3 wearing a bizarre mask flanked by his wife and another unidentified woman while they rap about some of their favorite sweets. Its hard to explain just watch it.

]Being a determined hack with almost 1 weeks worth of journalism experience I dug further in to the story (looked briefly on the internet) and “Pop Rocks and Tootsie Pops” was a phrase known for being repeated several times during a high profile murder trial which took place in March. Connection? I doubt it I'd say he just really likes the sweets.
