American football is a sport with no shortage of public displays of machismo, as anyone following Notre Dame will know. When the team scores a touchdown, it is common for both male cheerleaders and the leprechaun to do pushups behind the end zone. Push-ups also take place in up in the stands, as fans get crowd-surfed in a stationary position (Watch the video below to see it in action). Patrick Reale sent us this great photograph taken near the top of the Aviva of him and his mates getting into the Notre Dame spirit against the rather boring flow of the game. Superman style.
