Defending SuperBowl champions the Seattle Seahawks rolled into the NFC Championship game after a 31-17 win at home against the Carolina Panthers last night.

Quarterback Russell Wilson threw three touchdown passes but it was safety Kam Chancellor who was the star, after he returned a interception for a 90 yard touchdown and twice hurdled the line of scrimmage to block Graham Gano field goal attempts.

The first block was called back for a hold so Chancellor just lined up and did it again. Gano missed the kick and Chancellor was flagged for running into the kicker so Gano had another try and this time he put the kick over. That's just unfair on Chancellor.

Seattle cornerback Richard Sherman said after:

He's a freaking monster, He damages people's souls.

That's one way of putting it.
