Who's in the Division 4 final?

Wexford and Westmeath (both promoted),  April 8 at Croke Park

Here's how a crazy final day wound up:

Division 1: Monaghan seemed to have Dublin beat, only to buckle under late Dublin pressure. Donegal seemed to be sitting pretty only for Mayo to fight back and win. It meant Mayo, Kerry, Tyrone and Donegal all finished on 8 points. Kerry will play Dublin in a reprise of the 2016 league final at HQ next Sunday as Dublin go for their 5th league in a row

Division 2: Another wild set of results. Meath seemed to be in with a shout of promotion after hammering Clare in Ennis. However Galway and Kildare were promoted after Galway won by a single point at Pearse Stadium. At the bottom end of the table, Down somehow avoided relegation by earning a late draw with Cork. Derry thought a win over Fermanagh in Brewster Park might have kept them in Division 2 but the Down result means they'll be in Division 3.

Division 3: More madness. Tipp looked dead and buried up in Armagh in what was essentially a promotion playoff. Somehow last year's beaten All-Ireland semifinalists fought back for a win, which means that they'll play Louth in the Division 3 final. At the bottom half of the table, Laois lost a shootout with Offaly, which means they'll be relegated while Longford earned a late draw against Antrim to send the Saffron men to Division 4.

Division 4: Westmeath and Wexford will play Saturday for the Division 4 title.
