ACL injuries seem to be ten a penny within the GAA these days but it's even worse in American football. Obviously with hard tackles flying in one would expect this to be a pretty common problem.

However one would not expect to tear your ACL while celebrating a touchdown. Kentucky's wide receiver Alex Montgomery somehow managed such a feat.
