Figures released by the United States Anti-Doping Agency show that Conor McGregor has been subjected to more drug tests than any other fighter in the UFC over the last two years.

Since October 1st, 2015, McGregor has been tested 25 times while in the UFC, and took another 11 around his fight with Floyd Mayweather. McGregor's most recent test by USADA came just under two weeks ago.

If he wishes to return to fight in the UFC, McGregor must abide by new rules stating that athletes who return from retirement or a leave of absence must re-enter the drug testing pool six months before their next fight, meaning that his continued co-operation with USADA signals McGregor is at least keeping open the option of a return to the octagon.

In 2015, the UFC announced a new, rigorous drug testing policy in conjunction with USADA, which would see the latter body carry out tests and dole out suspensions. Under the new system, all fighters would have to submit to multiple, random tests each year.

Since these changes, a number of high-profile fighters have been banned for testing positive, including Brock Lesnar and Jon Jones.

The full test history is available to view on USADA's website. Alternatively, a chart of some of the frequency of tests for some most high-profile figures within the UFC has been collated on Reddit.
