And you thought that penalty you had to take in the shootout of the U-15 league playoff game back in 2004 was nerve wracking?

Imagine taking it while a bunch of mad things with AK-47s were waiting to see if you notched or not. That was the very real situation for this poor so-and-so in a local game in Rio De Janeiro. Now that is a high pressure penalty!

In a scene that looks like it came straight out of City Of God, the penalty taker is surrounded by onlookers as he prepares to take his high pressure spot kick. I would imagine the stakes were high enough already, given the fact that most of the spectators are basically on the pitch in anticipation of what's going to happen, so the extra pressure of a load of machine guns was probably just overkill for the poor number six.

Forget Mo Sallah slotting home deep into injury time to send Egypt through to their first World Cup Finals in nearly 30 years, this man shows a cool streak even James Bond strapped to a table as a laser approaches his nether regions would be impressed by.

Spare a thought as well for the poor goalkeeper who, in all honesty, was probably never even going to attempt to save it in a million years anyway!
Celebrating a goal by firing an AK-47 in the air is probably the most violent celebration since Robbie Keane's bow and arrow celebration at the 2002 World Cup.
