Day seven of the Paralympics sees a jam-packed schedule for the Irish team.

It starts at 12pm on the road and could finish at 9:36pm this evening with Ellen Keane in the final of the S8 100m breaststroke.

Ciara Staunton Time Trial H1-3
Declan Slevin Time Trial H3 - all at 12pm

Eoghan Clifford Time Trial C3
Damien Vereker and Seán Hahessy Men’s B Time Trial
Peter Ryan and Marcin Mizgajski Men’s B Time Trial
Katie George Dunleavy and Eve McCrystal Women’s B Time Trial all at 5:30pm

Sean Baldwin - Shooting

50m Rifle Prone Qualifier SH1 at 1:30pm


If he qualifies, Sean's final is at 3:45pm

Ellen Keane - Swimming


100m SB8 Breaststroke Heat at 1:30pm


If she qualifies, Ellen's final takes place at 9:36pm

Pat O’Leary - Canoeing

200m Heat KL3 at 1:55pm


If he qualifies, Pat's semi-final takes place at 2:50pm

Sonar Crew - Sailing

Race 5 at 5:35pm
Race 6 at 7:05pm (TBC)


Cerebral Palsy Football

Ireland v USA 7th/8th place playoff at 6pm
