Day seven of the Paralympics sees a jam-packed schedule for the Irish team.

It starts at 12pm on the road and could finish at 9:36pm this evening with Ellen Keane in the final of the S8 100m breaststroke.

Declan Slevin Time Trial H3 - all at 12pm

Eoghan Clifford Time Trial C3
Damien Vereker and Seán Hahessy Men’s B Time Trial
Peter Ryan and Marcin Mizgajski Men’s B Time Trial
Katie George Dunleavy and Eve McCrystal Women’s B Time Trial all at 5:30pm

Sean Baldwin - Shooting

50m Rifle Prone Qualifier SH1 at 1:30pm
