Swimming: Nicole Turner, S6 400m heats 1.38

14-year-old Nicole Turner has been very busy in the last five days. After reaching the final of the 200m individual medley, she's back in the pool for her seventh swim in the 400 metres freestyle. Should she reach her fourth final of the games, it will be at 9.40

Ailbhe Kelly, S8 110 metres backstroke heats 3.18

Ailbhe will be competing in her favourite event, and the 17-year-old will be hoping for her first final of the games - which starts at 11.50

Philip Eaglesham will be competing in his first Paralympics after taking up shooting to help him deal with his condition after contracting Q Fever while on duty in Afghanistan. The final will be tonight at 8.15.

It's day two of the sailing for the Irish trio of John Twomey, Alan Costelloe, and Austin O'Carroll - who didn't have the best of times on the water yesterday, finishing tenth and 14th in their first two races. They get a chance to put it right today, with the third and fourth races, on at 5.35 pm, and 7 pm.
