What a performance from Irish athlete Thomas Barr, who just absolutely smashed it in the men's 400m hurdles and will now run in the final on Thursday at 4pm.

The Irishman ran an incredibly composed race, keeping a steady pace despite the runner inside him taking off early on. Once he got to the final straight he exploded, and crossed the line with a look of pure elation on his face.
