Watch: Jason Smyth Blows Opponents Away To Win Fifth Paralympic Gold Medal

It's another one for Ireland's Jason Smyth. The Derry man romped home in his T13 100 metres final at the Paralympic Games in Rio, claiming an incredible fifth gold medal of his career.

Smyth looked to be challenged by the Australian Chad Perris briefly during the course of the race, but pulled away from the field to win ahead of Johannes Nambala and Perris in a time of 10:64.
