Nicole Turner was the star performer for Ireland on Day Four at the IPC Swimming World Championships in Glasgow.

The teenager from Laois broke her personal best in the S6 50m freestyle heat to qualify for later in the evening. She came close to beating that time again as she finished sixth overall. It was her fourth final of the Championships so far.

Making her first appearance of the Championships, Ailbhe Kelly set a personal best in the S8 100m freestyle while Darragh McDonald and Ellen Keane achieved season bests in their respective events.
