If you ever wondered about the growth of esports, so much so there's even been talk of Olympic inclusion, there's a pretty huge event coming to Dublin this month that might shed some light on the situation for you.

Ireland's biggest ever esports tournament, Three Ireland's EStars, was launched in March and has been growing in popularity since. Now the final is coming to the 3 Arena.

Nine League of Legends clubs have been battling it out, each representing a League of Ireland football club, in a league that also includes  Three's very own team. The top two teams will reach the final in the 3 Arena, and the chance to win €20,000 and an all expenses paid trip to Las Vegas.

At the moment the top ranking club is Shamrock Rovers, who have played nine games and won eight. However it's a very tight competition as Team Three and Sligo Rovers are in joint second place having won seven games each.
