Rugby sevens is known far more for its end to end attack than for its textbook tackling. Wales and Fiji played each other in the final of the Hong Kong sevens last weekend and Fiji player Ilai Tinai committed this spear tackle when his side were 19-0 down.

!

Amazingly Tinai only got a yellow and his team ended up rallying to win 26-19. A red card there and Wales almost certainly pick up the trophy. Tinai has now gotten a five week suspension but that won't be any consolation to the Welsh team.
