I have to say I'd never heard of YouTube show 'Rugby Union AM' until I came across this video on Reddit. They've put together a compilation of 'Ireland grassroots tries' from the Ulster Bank 2013-14 League, and some of these are fantastic.

It's hard to pick a favourite but I think the teamwork for James Thornton's try for UCD might just sneak it.
