When we saw that Air New Zealand had attempted some 'top top bantz' ahead of this weekend's Ireland vs New Zealand World Cup quarter-final we feared the worst.

These kind of things generally never go well, especially when Ireland is the butt of the joke. Queue potatoes and someone Irish dancing while speaking with an accent that sounds like they're trying to sing while falling down the stairs.

However, hats off to Air New Zealand, their effort is actually pretty funny. They put together an instructional video for Irish fans on "How to stay safe this weekend" akin to the in-flight safety demonstration we've sat through 100 times.

No potatoes, no bad accents, just a decent bit of craic.
