One of the latest innovations in several sports, including rugby, is the introduction of RefCam, the camera worn by the referee to immerse the viewer in the heart of the action, as well as giving an approximation of what the referee sees.
While it doesn't always provide the greatest spectacle, this collection of shots from the 2013 Super 15 season released by Fox Sports Australia shows just how immersive and impressive RefCam can be.
