Rugby World Cups are notorious times for boredom spreading in the camp. It's probably why players also get very very good at table tennis.

Which is why many teams bring in famous people to speak to the squad to inspire them. The latest iconic figure to provide that? Usain Bolt.

And as you can see from Jamie Heaslip's instagram - the squad got very excited.
