Rory Best has been named as Dylan Hartley's replacement in the Lions squad to tour Australia. Hartley was sent off for verbally abusing referee Wayne Barnes in Northampton's loss to Leicester in the AVIVA Premiership final yesterday. Best was considered unlucky to miss out in the original squad but will now take his place alongside Wales' Richard Hibbard and England's Tom Youngs as the hookers on tour.
