Both Caelan Doris and Quinn Roux have been ruled out of Ireland's opening game of this year's Six Nations against Wales.

Back row Doris has shown symptoms of concussion and has returned to Leinster for further medical assessment. Second row Roux has returned to Connacht due to a neck problem. Both players were in contention to start for Andy Farrell's side at the Principality Stadium on Sunday.
