Last week, aspiring stand-up comedian Paul O'Connell told us all about how the Irish backs were spending their "down-day" by going shopping in London.
Well, now Darren Cave and Eoin Reddan have defended themselves by revealing what they actually did, and also thrown fellow back Jonny Sexton under the bus by making a shocking claim about his plans for Wednesday evening.
Cave explained that he went clay-pigeon shooting with the lads, while Reddan enjoyed a nice lunch with Rala, but we really hope they were just taking the piss when they said this about Jonny Sexton:
Some news about tomorrow night, Jonny Sexton, huge One Direction fan, I think he's arranged tickets for us to go, so if you're there hopefully you might see a few of the lads.
That can't be right. Sexton has already had to deny claims that he's a Liverpool fan, so we'd image it would break his heart if another false rumour got out there. Of course maybe he just loves One Direction, in which case, he's probably on a similar level of music taste to England scrumhalf Ben Youngs.
