Darren Sweetnam scored two tries for the Ireland U-20s in their 46-3 win over Fiji in the Junior World Championships yesterday including this brilliant second effort (at 5:45 on the highlights clip).

Sweetnam was also a prodigiously talented hurler who played for Cork in last year's All-Ireland Championship, but opted to pursue a career in rugby for the foreseeable future after signing a Munster academy contract last year.
Ireland face New Zealand on thursday in Vannes with a place in the semi-finals guaranteed for the winner.
