Eddie Jones has named his team to play Ireland in the final round of the Six Nations on Saturday.

It features two changes from the team which destroyed Scotland last weekend.

Billy Vunipola, who returned to England action against Scotland by coming off the bench, replaces Nathan Hughes at number eight in the starting lineup. Vunipola was one of England's most important players during their Grand Slam win last year.

The other change is on the wing as Anthony Watson comes in for Jack Nowell. Both Vunipola and Watson scored in appearances off the bench versus Scotland.

England come to Dublin looking to win their second consecutive Grand Slam.

The game kicks off at 5pm on Saturday evening.
