It's not going to be Joe Schmidt, it's not going to be Michael Cheika and it's not going to be Warren Gatland. England may be aiming high but it seems the list is slowly whittling itself down all on it's own. The likes of Schmidt and Gatland have made it clear they have no interest in jumping ship and now one of the favourites for the job has also ruled himself out.
