So there is still a chance for Ireland to win the Six Nations championship. There are many permutations but the most likely way is Ireland winning against Scotland and England doing a job in Paris. Ireland have played some really good rugby in this championship and would be very deserving of the championship.

James Ryan has been ruled out of the game with a concussion after colliding heads with Charlie Ewels which saw the later get sent off. Ryan Baird has also been ruled out with a back injury so Ross Molony and Joe McCarthy of Leinster have been called up to the squad as cover.

Scotland's championship has really fizzled out. They came into this tournament looking so bright and had players coming into form at the right time. Then they went and beat England, winning the Calcutta cup and beating England twice in a row for the first time in over forty years. Finn Russell starts on the bench after Scotland confirmed a disciplinary issue with six senior players after the Italy game last week.

They haven't been able to follow that up since however as they lost to Wales and France where they were fairly disappointing. They won in Rome last week so at least they won't finish bottom but they don't have anything but pride to play for this weekend.
