Ireland's bid to host the 2023 Rugby World Cup was officially launched today at The Royal School in Armagh with Enda Kenny saying "This is a bid to win. In 2023 it will be Ireland."
Reaction from Irish people has been hugely positive so far, as it has been from the wider rugby community.
