Johnny Sexton, Iain Henderson and Peter O'Mahony have all sat out training at St Georges Park today as thoughts turn to getting everyone fit and ready for the clash with Romania on Sunday. However, knowing that everyone back home is hanging on every little tidbit, skills coach Richie Murphy was keen to ensure there was no panic about the injury status of the Ireland stars.

Murphy was in charge of updating the media on the various bumps and bruises in the camp and he confirmed that everyone who was available for selection last weekend is available for selection and the absence of the trio was merely precautionary.

Speaking about Sexton, Murphy revealed that there was 'a knock on his knee' during the win over Canada and, as if he he could hear the worry from across the Irish Sea added, 'it's a very minor knock and there's nothing to be worried about'.

As for Henderson and O'Mahony, both sat out due to precautions and to just to hammer home the fact that everyone was fine, Murphy stated that he wasn't even particularly sure why the Munster man was kept on the sideline.

So, we're to take that as clear that Joe Schmidt almost has a full panel to pick from. Although he took part in training, doubts remain about Robbie Henshaw's readiness for a full contact session. Murphy confirmed that the Connacht man is still in with a shout of lining up against Romania but will need to be tested in a full session.

All in all, a relatively positive update from the Ireland camp.
