Two years on from the victory over the All Blacks at Soldier Field in Chicago, Ireland return to the scene of that game this weekend.

This time, it is a less glamorous fixture. Joe Schmidt's side face Italy on Saturday evening.

The Ireland head coach this morning name his squad for the game. It is a 26-man group without many of the names who will feature in the big November games against Argentina on November 10th and New Zealand on November 17th.

The which travels to Chicago features two uncapped players: Leinster's Ross Byrne and Ulster's Will Addison. Joe Carbery is the other out-half in the squad.

The exclusion of Kieran Marmion suggests that the Connacht scrum-half will have a big part to play next month in Conor Murray's absence.
