The Ireland squad entered training camp this week ahead of their opening game of the Six Nations against Wales on February 7th.
On his Instagram account on Monday, Jamie Heaslip shared an image of what he calls his 'camp essentials'.

The MailOnline did a little bit of investigating into the image and identified each of Heaslip's essential items.
The one book in Heaslip's essentials is 'The Chimp Paradox' by Steve Peters, a sports psychiatrist who has worked with the England football team, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Team Sky and Padraig Harrington.
That's not to say Heaslip doesn't also have a Kindle full of books to work his way through during the Six Nations.
