The biggest upset in Rugby World Cup history happened on Saturday evening when Japan pulled off a magnificent win against South Africa.

It was a close game throughout with the Springboks being seven points ahead with just over 20 minutes remaining in the game.

Japan hit back, first with a try from Ayumu Goromaru and then Karne Hesketh with the clock five minutes in the red.

Of course, the Japanese commentators went crazy for what was an historic triumph.
