An auction raising money for Berkeley survivor Aoife Beary has received some significant donations from Leinster and Ireland outhalf Johnny Sexton.

Ms. Beary is currently being cared for at the Santa Clara medical centre in California after suffering a traumatic brain injury in June.

The jersey from Johnny Sexton's 50th Ireland test is the main item donated to the occasion, which also includes a rugby ball signed by the entire Irish squad and tickets for Ireland's game against Wales on the 29th of August.

A landmark cap jersey is nothing to be sniffed at, and it's sure to gain plenty of interest at the auction.

The auction will close on Thursday, and if you want more information please see the Friends of Aoife Beary facebook page
