johnny sexton injury

Yesterday we brought you news concerning Johnny Sexton and an expected period on the sidelines while he deals with a head injury sustained in the win over Australia last month.

Now however, there appears to be a brighter picture being outlined. Midi Olympique are reporting that Racing Metro and Sexton are targeting the December 28th game against Toulouse.

It does appear that there is quite a bit of uncertainty surrounding Sexton and his head injuries, but at least this most recent update sounds less serious. It's also reassuring to note that Racing are taking this seriously and that rugby, for the most part, are treating the issue of head injury and concussion with the highest respect.

We wait to see what happens with Johnny Sexton.
