Melbourne Rebels' utility back James O'Connor suffered a nasty cut during a preseason game against the Wellington Hurricanes this morning. O'Connor tweeted to say that he needed 18 stitches to repair the cut but would still be available for the Super 15 season opener against Western Force this coming Friday.
