Munster secured a 26-17 win this afternoon in the Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Championship over rivals Leinster.

It was a particularly special day for Munster second-row Clodagh O'Halloran, who not only got over the whitewash in the win, but had a life-changing moment off the field.

After the game - surrounded by her delighted and hollering teammates - she proposed to her girlfriend and Irish international Chloe Pearse, who had made a substitute appearance in the win.

The emotional scenes made for wonderful photos at Musgrave Park.
