Warren Gatland has today named the injury hit side which will take on Fiji at the Millennium Stadium on Thursday evening. The Welsh boss has been forced into three changed from that monumental win over England with Matthew Morgan, Alex Cuthbert and Tyler Morgan coming in for injured trio Liam Williams, Scott Williams and Hallam Amos.

It's nonetheless a strong team but no matter what names Gatland listed, they were never going to be as big a positive as the news that Wales received earlier on Tuesday morning.

Fiji's massive goalkicking winger Nemani Nadolo has been suspended for one week following a dangerous tackle against Australia and will miss his side's match clash with Wales.

The judicial officer ruled that the 'act of foul play merited a low-end entry point of two weeks'. However, the suspension was reduced to one week after the judicial officer took into account Nadolo's impeccable disciplinary record.

When news reached the Welsh camp about the 6ft 4in wingers ban they were understandably delighted, with Welsh reserve fly-half Rhys Priestland commented that 'there's a few happy boys down in the team room'.

The Crusaders wing is a huge loss to Fiji considering that he has scored 16 of their 24 points in the competition to date and he also caused the Welsh plenty of problems in the last meeting between the two sides in November 2014.

Nadolo's suspension lasts until 5 October, the day before they face Pool A rivals Uruguay at Milton Keynes.
