We have no doubt that New Zealand's lock Brodie Retallick isn't taking the challenge of England lightly. New Zealand face England this Saturday (8.00am European time).

However, there appear to be some gaps in Brodie's research. When asked by the suspicious press corps whether he could instance the names of any of the England players he had will have to face on Saturday, he looked about as comfortable as a disgraced cabinet minister at a tribunal of inquiry.

'A couple', he blurted out nervously before bravely offering the name of one 'Michael Lawes.'

At least he could manage one of Courtney Lawes' names, which was one name more than he could muster for any other England player.

To be fair to Brodie, England's line-up will have a distinctly non-intimidating look, given that the game has been scheduled seven days after the Premiership final.
