French referee Romain Poite hasn't always endeared himself to the Irish but we can all definitely enjoy this blunder by him. The incident in question occurred last week in the French league when Mont-de-Marsan took on Bordeaux. The referee was too quick for his own good and comically managed to block the kicker's drop off to begin the game.
