Ulster's Darren Cave has admitted his frustration at his failure to make any headway at international level and, intriguingly, has suggested that maybe his "face doesn't fit" for the Ireland squad.

Talking to the Irish Independent, he clarified this comment by saying "If you don't know what I mean by that I suppose you should ask Roger Wilson how he has one cap for Ireland and Jamie Heaslip has 60 and two Lions tours behind him."
